"May others forgive my transgressions toward them, as I forgive theirs toward me. May we all be released from the shackles of our mistakes, and the limits of our former selves."
I will try to restrain my comments in the future, but feel the need to share this:
As I tried to release my self-attacking thoughts (which are plentiful) to spirit for disposal, I became aware of part of me that was reluctant to let go and just "drop it".
Why? Because this was part of my identity and without it, I no longer knew who I am! How crazy is that?
Script analysis! Has someone been time traveling back to the '70s with "I'm okay, you're okay", and Seth, who spoke about recreating one's reality in the now by releasing old beliefs?
Wonderful and inspiring to have this profound wisdom expressed in spiritual terms!
