Please send Your angels to accompany people who seek to endure the discomfort of self-discovery, when they have a family to care for and children to raise. I see it more difficult for them, though possible, but more to think about.

Listening to my judgments on others has been a key to the lock of my own self discovery. In some form or other I am guilty of those very judgments. Dig deep. It is humiliating and painful. I did THAT ?! I said THAT ?! Ugh. Nothing else can free you.
