My interview with Neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor…

In 2006, a book was published that took America by storm. It was called My Stroke of Insight, the description of a massive brain hemorrhage as told by the brain scientist who was actually having the stroke. One part of her brain understood exactly what was happening while it was happening.

Now, over a decade later, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor has written a new book: Whole Brain Living, in which she applies her neuroscientific insights to issues of whole person and societal change. Among other things, she discusses the difference between the way boomers and millennials process information. The book is fascinating, and I think you’ll agree with Jill that the more we understand about the brain, the greater chances we have of saving the world.
