Powerful message. I've just listened to a profoundly simple but winning formula for success in marketing. The key is Positioning- what Christian did was undefeatable because he went to the heart of the people whereas Amazon took a 180 degree different approach, based on power and arrogance-heartlessness. I had a business problem which all the "experts" said was unwinnable. On that day Marianne's morning meditation was on speaking from the heart. So, I went against all the advice and simply positioned my problem from my heart. A miracle success, and incredibly simple - I stood to be laughed at and trampled underfoot but, instead I cut through all the corporate, legalistic, cold, inhumanity that the business world is and they couldn't deny me the victory. Christian Smalls did the work locally but have transitioned to a national figure ethically and morally. That is hard to do without being swayed by fame and money. He is a great example for others to follow by unionizing on the ground where they are.
