This was very powerful to just notice the shift. My countenance and energy immediately changed. I know this to be true but it is so good to practice and remember. Thank you. I did notice I am triggered when God is referred to as "he". I prefer It AND I recognize it's about healing the trigger of toxic masculinity that I perceive in our world.

So poignant to be starting this on the 20th Anniversary of 9/11. It’s a glorious day for most of this amazing country. When I look deeper into the belongings around me I think of the person who created my table or my chair and the person who created the materials and the shipper who delivered it and the sales person who sold it. We are all connected and this exercise is a simple but constant reminder of that. ..thank you Marianne for sharing your brilliance with us. 💕💕
