I am grateful for these powerful words - I must not meditate on them but activate the power within these words. Amazing that we have choice in everything we think, say and do. I think the real challenge for me is staying awake to the gift of choice 24/7. So easy to forget and fall prey to negativity - a knee jerk response. Today I vow to work my power of choice in all I think, say and do.
"May everyone, including myself, feel the tenderness of my approval and not the harshness of my unkindness." Though I can still be unkind to myself verbally & mentally. Thankfully I have a playfulness that counters that with Love and Humor. 🫶

So True Marianne. In this stifling world of information and misinformation it's easy to feel helpless and inferior. The Internet is a mixed blessing- I wonder if it IS a blessing.. We publish more information every 48 hours today than the collective writings of mankind to 2020!! I turn to GOD- who I affectionately call "The Boss" -LOL. I'm a servant of truth. Love is all there truly is. All the fake enthusiasm which abounds in this NEW world I put down to people trying to make the most of what they don't understand. Humanity has been catapulted 100,000 years and we simply don't have the maturity to cope. BUT we can if we recognise it's all part of God's plan and all I have to do is live in Love and Humility. "The Boss" takes care of the rest XO

it's just what i had to hear this morning, 20.2.
last night i vented my frustration on all that i could reach. it was a packed day.
today in Israel it's a clear morning, deeply infused w/Sunshine.
Tenderness is my great lesson.
