By far one of the most powerful meditations I've received so far. Clear, simple, precise, and full of truth.
“No matter what the problem, the solution is love.” I accept that entirely and pray I live it everyday. In regard to forgiveness, I feel I have no authority in it and choose instead understanding which I always seek.
"I myself am the source of my healing,
as I allow You to change my mind.
May Your spirit guide me to a better place,
That my problems may disappear."
