This is a huge pull for me, just like for a lot of other 'Transformers'. I surround myself with loving people whom I love as well. I don't know how to love people who constantly and severely punish people who need help and support. And who keep taking support away from more people. Occasionally I can lift this veil of hatred and anger but the pain of seeing needy people , including myself, continually attacked with no pause saps my energy and the veil drops down. I pray for enlightenment and love.

I realize that it's my ego muttering when I think I don't like someone and then being able to send compassion to them (and to myself) then God's Love smoothes the way.

This meditation reminds me that the disdain I feel for another’s beliefs or actions is a reflection.
This meditation makes me think of Christ's words: "love one another. Just as I have loved you, you must also love one another” (John 13:34)
