I woke today immediately feeling lonely and sad. Then I remembered that there truly is no separation across time and space and laid still for a short time with my heart on my heart repeating this thought. Sending out Love before me only adds power to this way of being. Now as I sit with coffee and this magic device of connecting with others I affirm we are all connected by and through the power of Love. Thank you Marianne.
Transform is a little community. And built of love. We can share our experience of the meditations and love each other.
What comes to mind for me is anyone in the community who is suffering today. For any reason. We all can pray for those people. We can uplift one another.
