I read this every day since I received my cancer diagnosis. It gives me hope that my treatments are working. Thank you Marianne.

A Beautiful meditation. It's vtally important we keep our bodies in the best possible condition. The state of my body directly impacts my mind and therefore my spirit. I've proven this to myself many times. The work I do is complex and demanding and I find my productivity gradually waning to the point where time spent doesn't equal results. If I go to the gym amd have a thorough workout the difference is remarkable. I can achieve x3 results as I've renewed my mind. Exercise is wonderful for the mind, and that's my primary reason to go to the gymn. Also, whilst I'm exercising I listen to audio material so no time is wasted. The most important thing is I am far more creative and in touch with the Holy Spirit. Everything improves dramatically by respecting my body's needs.

Hi Joan,

You made me curious by your thanking Lauren for the meditation instead of Marianne. I thought these were Marianne's meditations, by and large taken from her book: Daily Devotions and Reflections. I tried to figure it out on my own by reviewing my paid subscription to Transform With Marianne but couldn't, beyond seeing Lauren's name supplant Marianne's more recently. You very much seem connected to Marianne, so hope you don't mind my asking for clarification. I'm assuming Marianne is very busy, and if the meditations with Lauren's name are hers and Marianne is reading Lauren's work, I wouldn't have known apart from Lauren's name appearing where Marianne's once was. When I comment, I also want to be thanking the appropriate author! Thanks for any clarification you can provide. : )

I am not privy to the day to day operations of Ms. Williamson. I asses authorship fits with the listed name.
