I had an enlightenment in November of 1981. I have spoken to people who had near death experience to compare my experience even though I didn’t die. For me, the word “god” isn’t what I call the energy that felt. There wasn’t a gender identity to this energy. I call this energy the “Eternal Light” which is “Unconditional Love” and Unconditional Loving is Oneness, Timelessness & insurmountable Joy. Truly I don’t have vocabulary or how to recreate the experience other than what I wrote above. I can’t even explain why this happened to me. I could justify it IF I were on some drug. I wasn’t. From that moment I’ve been trying to attain Unconditional Love. Not the love learned by our parents or relationships, normally those are dysfunctional. I’m not a parent but I was guided to this message to share as an example of Unconditional Love only exponentially greater. The Eternal Light can never be anything else but what it is “Unconditional Love”. For you parents, can you recall how you felt when saw & held your first child? Can you retreat to that moment? That’s an example of our ability to unconditionally love. This is the love we are suppose to share with each other. But how do you maintain the consciousness of unconditional love? I learned in my 50’s I didn’t know love in the consciousness of daily life because my family was so dysfunctional & abusive. I knew in my innate self, I was loving, nice person & accused by my own family of being overly sensitive. As I child I didn’t know what that meant. I am currently working on healing myself from all those painful moments. I know unconditional love is possible but it’s going to take my lifetime.
