I, like others, hope your words inspire local Democratic leaders as well as others to adopt and promote your platform at the national convention--seeking to integrate it from the White House to local neighborhoods to ensure victory for our fragile democracy!

I think all Marianne would like people to do is to actually read everything she has written, because she is offering advice to our current President, who is instead just doing what his handlers want him to do and say. Marianne is advising him to also acyually listen to the American people and try to both hear and understand that they have real needs, not just wants. He needs to know that everything else that he is just saying to appease a few people does not bring any hope to everyone else, people who would really like to see something more than promises. What about a living wage guarantee? What about single-payer/free healthcare for all (via an even better Medicare)? What about an immigration policy that's both enforceable and compassionate, offering an immediate pathway to citizenship for everyone who's already here? What about writing an actual law about abortion, not just talking about it? What about guaranteeing a quality education to all of our citizens...and immigrants? etc., etc. If you don't like what we're trying to tell the President, maybe you could let him know yourself that you would like to see some other specific positive changes for yourself, and not just the ongoing rhetoric and blaming others for nothing getting done.
You are a farmer of the people … Planting the ideas that will save this Country and perhaps even the World … Stick to it … and don’t be dissuaded by those who preach and follow fear … Stick to it … and you Will see the fruits of your labor … Stick to it … and we will all WIN!!!

I proudly voted for Marianne in the primary. I know, sadly, I won't be able to vote for her for president, this election, but I felt it was a way for me to send a message to the democratic party bosses that these are the important issues that for me is what will make our world better. But truthfully, I was afraid to put of a yard sign because some of my democratic friends felt I was promoting a "Spoiler". When I vote in November it will be for the man that isn't Trump. Sad.
