Marianne, I pray you keep your strength since your voice is the only one on the national stage that deeply, truly takes ethics and responsibility to heart. Too many within the top circles look the other way, and are too frightened to rock the boat necessary for transformation because they chiefly are only concerned about their own wellbeing. They are missing the joy of collaboration and cooperation to evolve our society to a happier place. It's tragic.

Meanwhile, I watch and marvel at your bravery. I intend to keep using my communications and research skills to bolster your every step to bring a new order to America: one that's just, moral, and thrivable for all people and sentient beings on sweet Earth. I have begun volunteering for you in Minnesota, and I will continue to help the best way I can. My heart goes with you on your quest. Keep safe. Love and peace to you, Joan Halgren

Joan, I echo your comment, I too am doing all I can in my small way to promote for Marianne and the Foundation here in the UK. I think of her as The Commanding Officer. I hope my words here will resonate in others.

So glad you're helping make a better world. We cannot give up or give in to the broken systems causing so much unhappiness! Glad you're involved from across the pond! 🤗🙏

We need a Green Democratic Revolution...and we need to make happen FAST! Instead of these moronic Trump rallies, let’s create our own gatherings of people for progressive change.

Ted and Marianne -- How about creating our rallying by using the internet to collect a massive force. Millions of people in a coalition for the good. Check my Substack -- it's what we-the-people can do. Aren't we mad as hell? Words fail reacting to East Palestine. Seriously, I don't want to take it anymore.

An ongoing American tragedy. As you said back in your 2020 campaign, Flint, Michigan was just the tip of the iceberg. And yet it goes on and on as do so many other injustices against the American public. While you were in East Palestine last week, Joe Biden was in my home town, NYC, at 2 Upper East Side fundraisers, hosted by Wall Street titans - only $25k per person to attend (invitation only, I’m sure. I wasn’t invited!)

Marianne, keep fighting the good fight. I’m with you and contributing as best I can.

Happy Mother’s Day! Looking forward to your service with Hillside Intl. 💕❤️💕

The shame is that you are the only Presidential candidate who has really taken the time to listen to the people in East Palestine. Trump went mainly to be seen and Biden refuses to go there, for whatever reason. No American community should ever feel shut out.

This is awful, just to read... so I won't completely imagine what it is like, selfishly since unless I don't want to sleep. Instead of having a CNN tribune for Mr. Trump, is there any possibility to have one for East Palestine and what is actually happening to everyone ? The idea of the underground waters and the animals dying.

I think it's fair to say CNN will probably NOT be having an East Palestine Town Hall. Ah, but would that they would...

I agree with Marianne on this matter--sadly, CNN has become infotainment instead of a respectable news organization with some exceptional work. But they are pandering too much for ratings instead of protecting democracy as they should as the Fourth Estate of our country. I am an advocate for the news media as a former newspaper reporter, however, I get dismayed at the corporate influence.

I agree, too. CNN seems to be pandering for ratings from the viewers who left Fox after Tucker was fired. They are definitely leaning to the right.

I agree Joan. Do you think there could be a way, as in, a major petition for example, or any other way, where we, the people, could require that, among other subjects, we want a full documentation on East Palestine , or... Scouts, or any other subject where we need documentation. After all MSNBC does quite a right job with Rachel Maddow. But Rachel treats daily ongoing events, and she does it so well. If only we could have a popular one hour on such subjects that are thorny.

I think the people of Ohio need to protest; plus, request their state collaborate with the federal government while forming a commission to ensure better transportation regulation for their state as well as the rest of America.

The news media has the duty to track and report what is and is not happening but it's still up to the people to speak up and not accept toxic environments. I dare this is difficult since 80 percent of our population hardly has time to breath or volunteer--many holding two or more jobs. We've lost our societal balance and desperately need to regenerate coherence. Sadly, we're in a race to the finish line for humanity if we cannot align with Nature and do what's right for all sentient beings. The clock is ticking...I wish it weren't so.

“East Palestine’s story is not just about a train derailment … It’s about the derailment of people’s lives … It’s about the derailment of our societal values and the derailment of our institutions … Something huge and important has indeed gone off the rails … it’s time to go beyond just knowing … It’s time to act … And if I’m president, I will” … WE NEED MARIANNE WILLIAMSON IN THE WHITEHOUSE … PLEASE DONATE

What you are saying is so true and it's been happening across the board for a while now, with deregulations and the supreme court agreeing to equate corporations with being a person. This has been happening to the military forever - come, sacrifice your health, your body and maybe your life for our agenda, and once you've served our purpose - Thanks, bye - you're on your own. And why are there military families living on food stamps to get by? That's just not right when there are military contracts making billions of dollars off the backs of our military. They are making money when our men and women are sent to war and contributing in no way to assist in the adjustment back in society after having been in war. I would love to see a Department of Peace. Have you ever heard the saying, "You get what you focus your attention on"? Here's a good example - we have a Department of War and we are continually in wars around the planet. Let's create a Department of Peace and participate in generating peace around the planet.

Yes. I know this type of abuse. It's found also in every dysfunctional family. I know because I grew up in one. We're seeing this type of de-humanization, and abuse now has more broadly infected the culture, the institutions. It's corruption, loss of humanity, basic human values that are essential to create a decent society. Seems there are forces supporting the corruption. They want "the masses" weak.

The problem for the world is that we have untouchable globalists, foundations and corporations trying to control everyone’s lives, all centralized in Davos through the WEF. They have profited off of all the disruption with the pandemic and furthered their depopulation goals. We are on the path to being completely controlled by them with digital IDs and CBDCs which can be turned on and off as they please, and it will all be under the guise of saving the planet from ‘climate change’. Say goodbye to freedom of speech, especially once the 2A is abolished. We are on the slippery slope to being enslaved, like the the Chinese.

Indeed, Amy, you paint an ugly future unless the people pull together. We are at a tipping point wherein the old paradigm of dominance and competition must end or we end! We live on a finite planet and economic growth cannot accelerate much more (lots of gaslighting on that topic); plus, we haven't dealt with repairing Earth, helping those in poverty, and the list goes on and on. Frankly, it seems most people are too weary to face the awful truth because it requires their responsibility to act. Thus, I support MW2024 because she still has a moral compass. Her voice in the wilderness must be brought into the light whenever and wherever possible. Eventually, her endeavors, by the grace of the Great Spirit, will help evolve our ill society. I still cling to hope!

What an insightful article. My mother introduced me to your books and I appreciate hearing your voice in the 2024 race. I am disappointed that you are collecting donations through Act Blue, which seems to have had some transparency/corruption problems of its own. I am sure setting up these donation systems is challenging but important to do right.

This is why people should pay attention to what you're saying. You may not become President, but you are certainly speaking for a great many people who neither the current President nor his predecessor consider worth their time.

Because no one does anything, people, as misguided as they are, vote for Trump. They look for someone they think is outside all those who are supposed to do something. They think at least the government should do something. The government is supposed to go after the corporations. If nothing is done they think it’s government’s fault.

In this context Trump looks golden.

Candidates must see that Trump can be in every issue, the answer to every complaint.

No matter which party, call out Trump in every applicable issue.

Every microcosm needs to be heard. And any candidate can be their voice. Win the microcosms and you win, even if it is bit by bit. But “defend” the microcosms against false gods, too.

The situation in East Palestine is absolutely heart breaking. This makes me really hopeful to read that you went there to hear these peoples stories. I read about a fox rescue in the area where all the foxes started dying from the toxicity in the air. Shame on the media for not reporting on this in depth and sharing these peoples stories. Thank goodness for independent journalism and Substack.
