There is a simple to-do list to save humanity!

1 - Promote altruism, generosity, sharing, gifting, volunteering

2 - Expand free collaboration networks to facilitate such behaviors

3 - Teach others to do these three things!

I call it prosocializing!

Find a directory of FCNs and examples of how to do these things visit

Copypaste this for inmediate action!!

It's interesting hearing you guys talk about pushing back "currents" (especially this week when Ida briefly reversed the flow of the Mississippi), and with all the BAD news flowing in this week and a general feeling of everything disintegrating...I just woke up this morning with the strong urge to seek "higher ground" emotionally. I'm going to have to pull back from the news. I've already been listening to more humorous/joyous podcasts, watching more dog & cat videos, taking longer walks...

Having engrossed myself in the minutiae of news for the last 5 years & now seeing everything falling apart at a much faster rate, I kinda feel like a homeowner watching the surge coming for the house: "Grab a cooler and some snacks, round up the family & the dogs & get to higher ground!" Feel like I need to charge my battery right now & prepare for the aftermath. (And, BTW, your Substack feed is definitely "higher ground." It's likely the only place I'm going to look to for news for awhile. I'm forever grateful to have found my tribe in these turbulent times.) Great discussion, as always!

I love the story about the children playing the board games. So sweet. I also wonder if the basic teachings of Buddhism or something like it early on in school wd implant deeper ethics in children, which could change human psychology - meaning the four noble truths and the eightfold path, as it’s helped me. Mindfulness, meditation and could be such a game changer ...it wd at least bring about a better generation with a better consciousness - which could lead to an overall healthier human architecture, etc. I always thought it was bizarre when my older brothers and sisters wd say to me that drinking alcohol and skipping school was the norm in high school and high school functions...I used to think it was a waste but I ended up doing it just to fit in and bc my older brothers and sister were so cool to me. It makes me sad now that I did this. I felt I had so much more potential but I gave up to fit in at the time...until I got sick...then I changed🙏❤️🕊

Your conversation with Peter Joseph makes me believe that people can understand the gravity of our crisis of inequality and sustainability, and our need to restore and repair democracy.

WOW! Specialization after universal, free education in the 3 R’s highly seasoned with ethics and morality, a shorter work week, higher wages AND business regulated by government rather than government regulated by business! Sounds like love in action! I like it!!!

Thank you so much. Wonderful interview ❤️

Marianne, while I praise your great conversations on seeking systemic change, well, Deepak Chopra declares the biggest issue: how to achieve critical mass to evolve consciousness that will manifest new systems for wellbeing. We can talk about these great approaches until the cows come home and write books about them but applying them and taking action 'now' is what may save humans from extinction. We cannot delay this process--that's the hard work ahead! Is our species really capable of fast-forwarding a regenerative renaissance after being brain-washed by false ideas for centuries? I wonder about this every day. Indeed, a holy instant must manifest or so it seems!
