Only in my mind does the past exist.
Only in my mind does the past exist. Today I atone for the errors of my past, forgiving others for theirs as well. In this holy instant may I begin again, free of the consequences of wrong-minded thought and action.
Today I dwell in the eternal present. In any moment I am free to restart my life. I am not held back by the mistakes of my past, as I atone for them in my heart. Freeing myself from the chains of the past, I free the future to be unlike it.
May the love in my heart today interrupt the patterns of the past. I release the future as I release the past, knowing love will make all things right. Dwelling fully in the present, I release both past and future to a higher place.
Only in my mind does the past exist.

So true. I’ve wasted so much of my life replacing my present with the past when being here now is where the healing happens...thru simply forgiving...letting Go and letting God. I am so ready. Thank you for this powerful reminder.
Love,Love this! There are times I dwell on my past mistakes! It does no one any good especially me! Thank you for reminding me to let them go with love and start anew today!
