We live in a viral world with the human interraction platforms that didn't exist 20 years ago. So virality is the key- if I can make a meaningful difference in someone's life it can go viral, not neccassarily through technology but good old fashioned Word of Mouth. Either way it's a way to impact many lives by changing one!
